Follow these golden rules for healthy teeth:
1. At least two square meals a day.
2. No snacks in between meals.
3. Avoid fizzy drinks and juices.
4. Try to get them used to drinking water. (It's a lot cheaper too)
5. If they have sweets let them have a gorge once a week only.
6. Brush your child's teeth for them morning and night. (Until they can write their own name)
7. Use a fluoride toothpaste.
8. If they are hungry after school, crisps or fruits are best.
